UPS just dropped off my $1100.00 AGT Vulcan 3, pre-ordered from Krales on 1/20/23, without ever requesting the $66.99 Import Duty Fee. Is this payback for the good Karma I've earned picking up trash during my Adopt-a-Highway program? WM

Seems like Customs messed up. I really doubt UPS paid it for you. When I ordered two P35s at one time it was enough to trigger the custom fee and UPS asked for it before shipping the rifles from the point of entry to the U.S.. When I bought one, nobody asked for the fee and I didn't pay one. Each P35 was a little over $400.

Tracking showed a glitch at Customs, a slight delay, paid Duty Fees on my other AGTs from Krales, this one just showed up. Gladly pay, if they catch the mess up but I'm not chasing them down. WM

Happened to me several times UPS or Fedex or sometimes DHL sent me an Invoice couple weeks later.
But DHL pretty much saved me a lot of money in the past decades not paying import fees.

I doubt they will wait for next time if they discover their mistake. They'll just send a bill. But I would wait for the bill too.

When importing, did you need forms Alphabet org 6 and 6A? Is an air rifle considered a firearm? Do you need a FFL? THX--Matt
