Ring no answer sounds strange. I'm pretty sure they have some sort of automated attendant where you can choose 1 for Sales, 2 for Service, etc. Did you hear the menu?

Also, I suggest choosing the option for someone to call you back. Seems to be fastest.

I'm not very happy with them. cost them 2K when I bought my impact from Precision Air Guns!

Precision gets there FX inventory from AOA, Didn't cost AOA anything.

I would think Precision gets a dealer price. Precisions Jim and Nancy are top tontch people, Ive spoke to Jim for hours talking about airgunnin, and had mad several expensive purchases front them, try are great people. If you bought an FX or Daystate from precision and have warranty issues, most likely you would had to send it back to AOA, since they are the Authorized repair center.

If you purchase a Daystate, FX or Cricket from Precision any warranty work will be done by AOA.
