Hate to see it go, but it doesn’t get used much these days. I’ve moved to a place where 4500psi fills require 160 miles of driving, and to go shoot an air rifle is just as much work/cost/driving as powderburners. I purchased the gun new from Wild West Airguns in 2013, and I did a full o-ring replacement in late 2017. Holds air like a champ!
The Cricket Compact is about 24.5” long overall, with a ~15” barrel. The gun internals are factory stock. I have added the wood cheekpiece, front and rear sling studs, and custom-machined aluminum barrel cover and shroud spacer.
Currently set up for JSB 18.1s at 827 fps for 27 foot-pounds (see shot string below). Exhibits great consistency, and lots of shots per fill. Extreme Spread 8 fps, Std. Deviation 2 fps, ~48 shots from a 200-bar fill). It is a very capable 100-yard gun.
There is some light finish wear on the picatinny rail from mounting rings, and a couple of small marks on the airtube (left side). The wood cheekpiece has one small area of finish wear that can be easily touched up. The pictures illustrate each of these. The plastic hammer spring adjuster has some light marring around the spanner-holes. None of this affects function, however.
Includes:
-Cricket Compact .22 with black soft-touch synthetic stock (front and rear sling studs installed)
-2x magazines (14 shot)
-Fill probe with foster fitting
-Barrel alignment/reassembly set screw
-Wood cheekpiece (finished with spray on bedliner + plasti-dip over top to match stock texture)
-Custom aluminum barrel cover and shroud spacer (finished in Wheeler Engineering black ceramakote).
-Ernest Rowe fabricated hammer-based degassing tool (no futzing with bleed-screws, just remove hammer spring and adjuster to use tool)
-Tin of JSB 18.1 grain pellets (98%+ full)
Asking $1050 shipped, CONUS only. Offers considered, no trades please.
Paypal (+3%), USPS Money order, or personal check (must clear before shipment).
I also have a Hagan Tool Cricket/Edgun reg tester ($250 shipped), a gauge-removal tool ($35 shipped), and a custom-fit Pelican 1700 case for the gun ($250 shipped) if interested. I can send pictures of these as well. Please note: I will only sell these items as a package with the gun.
First time selling an item on AGN, but I am under mxrider_223 on Ebay (100% positive feedback), and have positive feedback on the Yellow Forum Classifieds (Username LoganH177 - posts are archived, sales were around November-December 2013 – those sales funded the Cricket compact).
Thank you for your interest!
