Tank reads 5000psi , however the JB guppy only accepts 200bar! What am I doing wrong? Nitro tank is out side at 30 degrees. Guppy at about 60. TiA

When I fill the guppy to 4k psi I close the 6k tank valve and then the guppy valve. When I bleed off the whip it falls back to 2k psi. Hope that this will help.

Does the guppy have the small second gauge (that shows tank pressure) ? Those are notorious for being inaccurate. If you are dead heading the guppy and the main gauge shows 2000 psi , something is wrong.

Not having much luck here so tried Airtanks for sale.com where I purchased 6/2018 new, however my email won't go through. Is this the way to treat a customer? I payed dearly for the guppy with the 2 gauge valve and whip.

Not sure if I have a complete grasp of set up and maybe some physics, but if I’m not mistaken JB valves have a feature where when filling your gun FROM the guppy there is a, I’ll call it a poppet, that only allows very slow gas flow to exit guppy so you have a nice slow fill rate rather than inadvertently slamming the gun tank. But when FILLING the guppy the poppet moves a bit to allow a much higher flow rate. It sort of sounds like maybe the poppet is stuck in the “filling the gun position” and the gauge is seeing the pressure in the fill line and not the tank.
