I got this scope earlier this year, but only over summer daytime shooting I noticed the fata morgana (mirage) is messing up the POA up to a decree.
Looking for an extended sunshade but looks like Nikko discontinued it.
The thread is bigger then 62mm and smaller then 64mm, the thread pitch is more like in inches but the 0.8 shall fit . (I have these filter sizes for my DSLR camera lenses). The bell ID 66.35 and OD is 69.15 mm.
Anybody know what other Brand scope sunshade may fit?
I still have an option to roll wrap a thinner mousepad, but looking for more fancy.
