Deal where? I still see same price like 2 years ago when I purchased from them. $18.99 per box. Show me this deal you're talking about.

Seems one man's "deal" ain't "good enough" for another man. I believe NSA prices for those well made slugs, which are now much closer to the pellet price range PER SHOT is a "great deal" for a regular slug shooter or someone just wanting to try them. But if one doesn't feel that way, he probably should purchase accordingly. All relative.

The shipping is the best deal going. $7 no matter how much you order compared to over $50 for the same amount of pellets shipped to Alaska from just about any of the other online sources is amazing! I wish all of the shops would use the flat rate shipping for ammo!

I shoot NSA hollow points in my Texan LSS and love it. I have been looking at trying some of the FX Hybrids, but haven't pulled the trigger.

Pro Slugs has great deals on Big Bore ammo as well. I use a lot of their stuff. Proslugs.com

Yes, quality slugs at reasonable prices including very reasonable shipping so it is a good deal. I use them instead of pellets when shooting 100 and 200 yards.

And I believe Nielsen still does flat rate shipping-one cost no matter how much you order. And it was very reasonable IMO when I last ordered. Total cost might be slightly different one way or the other but shouldn't be drastically different.

NSA are almost 1/3 the price of the FX Hybrids... For NSA 29 grain its 300 per box for $18.99. FX .25 cal 26 grain are $15.99 for 100. No brainer...

Well sometimes he stops making a certain size and weight slug like the 15.5 177 so I just order 4-5 boxes at a time you never know?

That's what I assumed you were saying but I wasn't certain. I've never looked at the FX Hybrids. Seems it's hard to beat the NSA slugs for cost and consistency. And I'm not a "mostly slug shooter".

We stopped making those because they were made by hand and we moved over to our high speed press with the replacement slug of 15.0 grain. New high speed slugs are $18.99 per 400 the 15.5 hand made were as I recall $15/100.

Though I am not a slug shooter (future shall be) I consider NSA to be one of best deals on the market. Quality American Made

I just purchased another 4 boxes of the 35.5 slugs. He was out of them the last time I ordered. So I picked up a few boxes of different weights. My .25 WC likes the 35s the best. $18.99 for 275 slugs.
