well just got off the phone with charlie,owner Georgia airguns ,,,was inquiring about the Crickett carbine mini ,i cant stop looking at the one on Mick,va thread ,,man it looks great ,, so charlie went over the procedure he uses ,,before shipping every gun ,,and its sounds ultra thorough from cleaning to lapping ,testing and more testing chamfing the barell and polishing it all ,i never did any business with them before ,but i think im gonna,,he puts on avg 100 to 150 pellets through the air gun to find the right pellet ,,right speed, i know some guys want to figure this out on there own Being new to pcp;s i rather have it done for me ,so i know what i should expect,,has anybody else dealt with theese guys before ,,please let me know,,,thanks pat
 
I sold my Compatto and plan on getting the Mini fairly soon from Charlie. The main reason for me is that he is local, and after reading about his customer service, it was a no brainner. I had been faced with the prospect of shipping the Compatto back to AoA (in vain, as there was nothing wrong with the gun, Charlie ruled the gun out), pay for shipping, and be without a gun for God knows how long. Unlike some of our blessed brethren, I can only afford one gun at a time for now. And since I don't know how to work on them yet.....

@douger: I'm about 1hr 20min from there. I think BD would be no more than 1hr 30min.

@Blackdiesel: I'm headed his way on the 31st (rain or shine), PM me if you wanna meet up at his place.
