For sure Burris has some very good scopes, all my pistol scopes are Burris and I also use the Fullfield on some of my airguns, fact I have used that scope on springers with no ill effects..Thanks for the heads-up

While Burris is a USA Company, there are only 2 of their scopes (that I'm aware) that are made in USA. Most of them are made in the Philippines.
Still decent to very good quality scopes.

Hunt around a little. Midwayusa is good for offering sale prices that are most other places regular prices. Stopped using them a long time ago when I started shopping around and finding better prices.

if you're going to purchase a burris, it wouldn't hurt to call doug or his team at cameralandny.com (a sponsor) and see what they can do,
the rt-6 is quite a bit less from doug than from midway (even after the discount).

"Do you know which 2 models are made in the USA?"I believe that it's the latest XTRIII and the XTR Pro are the only scopes made 100% in the USA.
Most, if not all of their other scopes are made in the Philippines using Japan parts (mostly). However, ALL scopes are tested in Greenley, CO.
Again, they are decent scopes with good glass. I don't own one but have looked through many.
