Newbie wants to skip the normal 1st airgun starter gun

I sold my third car to justify buying the Maverick, but she gave me double what I needed to buy the TalonP because she saw how much I enjoy PCP'S!

My Maverick Sniper is running .30 right now. She is no petite little girl, she is a little heavy but from the bench, I can't think of another gun I would want more.

If I was in the position to add another to my collection, I'd be looking at it.

These are big girls, people seem to be gravitating to lighter guns.

The Zelos with a 450mm bobbed barrel and .22L bottle for example, almost 1/2 the weight of my fully kitted Maverick.

Welcome aboard! The dazzling (& often confusing) array of PCP airguns available to the newcomer now is WAY different than it was 6-8 years ago. It CAN be overwhelming. Try not to be too influenced by YT videos touting the "latest & greatest" guns available as most people doing those have their own agenda. This forum is a great place for real world information, good and bad, but can really help in making an informed decision. Best of luck in your journey!

@Timmiecat It’s good to read that you m found airguns that you felt suited you. Those are decent platforms from the experiences other members posted about having with them. How have you been enjoying them? Which one do you favor most and why?
