Newbie needs help on Yong Heng compressor.

I apologize for another Yong Heng compressor post. I just for the first time hooked mine up to fill the SCBA tank I just got. When I turn on the compressor it builds up air pressure very quickly but it is not coming out the fill tube to fill my tank. I turn it on, close the bleed valves, it will build to 200 bar very quickly, but nothing is coming out of the fill hose. Can someone please tell this dummy what I am doing wrong before I break something. I don't want it to build up too much pressure and pop the burst disc first rattle out of the box.

Likely is blockage in your hose or fitting. Oh, and I expect you can over tighten the output hose fitting and crush the plastic washer to stop pressure flowing also.

+1 biohazardman, he's probably correct. I "squished" that white plastic spacer when I 1st got my YH. Also, if you could show a picture of your hose to tank connection it might help. If your tank fitting has a Male foster it MIGHT have a one way check valve. Just curious.

Yep. You totally crush that white plastic ring. It is used to make the seal. So you don't need to crank it so tight.
