Newbie Needs HELP - Can I use a 68/4500 Ninja SL2 Pro V2 for my Flashpup?!?

you need one of those thingamabobs that screw on the top and bypass the regulator . .it has a valve knob on it .. then really all you need is a hose from that and a foster fitting or probe whatever the case may be .. *AND a bleeder .. ninja has a complete pcp fill setup ive seen for about 90 or you could get just the valve, source a bleeder, a few fittings to plumb it up for probably 40-50 ...

pro V2 reg only outputs 800psi. So yes, you can fill your gun with it to 800psi. You will need to put a different regulator on it, or find some sort of filling station without a regulator. Easiest way is just buy a 2800psi output regulator off ebay, thread is 5/8-18 UNF. Basically just google "paintball 2800psi regulator" and you will find them.. make sure its 4500psi input.

Then you need a microline remote line with slide check that will screw on the end of your regulator, it looks like this.

Put it all together and you can fill your gun to 2800-psi max, which is perfect for your flashpup. I'm not sure how many fills you will get, probably 2 or 3 would be my guess.. only one fully 2800psi I would think. Assuming you want to backpack this for an emergency fill or something? I was going to get one for the same reason until I saw they were $200+... I'll walk back to the truck to save $200

It's a bit expensive to convert a paintball tank.

You could go this route:

Valve: https://www.pyramydair.com/s/a/AV_4500_PSI_HPA_Jubilee_Valve_5_8_UNF/8893

Hose: https://www.pyramydair.com/s/a/Air_Venturi_Fill_Assembly_With_Hose_4500_PSI/5810

You'll be dropping at least $150-$200 no matter how you look at it and 68ci isn't going to give you many fills. I have a converted 90ci Ninja tank and I only get a few fills depending on the guns reservoir size.

You could also go the Ninja EZ Fill valve route: https://www.pbmechanix.com/product/ninja-pcp-air-rifle-ez-valve-up-to-4500psi-output-pressure/. But, that will set you back at least $200 and you'll still potentially need a hose.
