Newbie needing your help regarding Compressor choices

I have the Xisico version of the CS3e and I'm very happy with it after 2+ years since getting slightly used for a couple hundred bucks. I've done general maintenance twice since I got it following instructions from Target Forge. I use food grade green grease.
I only fill guns directly with it and have a Yong Heng to top off my tanks. Both compressors have severed me well.

I have 2 GX Compressors, the CS-4 and L3, both are great and I highly recommend them. If you are only filling airguns with small cylinders, the CS-2 or CS-3 are both good options and are cheaper.

GET AN EXTENDED WARRANTY no matter which compressor you decide upon! One of the smarter things I did. Full refund when mine crapped out at 3.5 years. Oh, and welcome aboard!

I bought my compressor thru Amazon. An "Assurion" 4 year warranty was an option offered so I signed up. Maybe Google Assurion to see if you can get coverage or ask members here if they have extended coverage.

I bought a Yong Heng through Walmart and paid $34 for 3 years warranty. They even sent a certificate. I topped off some tanks with it for the first year. I still do on occasion but I watch the temps. It's been 4 years plus now and going strong... knock on wood. Either way, if it died tomorrow I got my money's worth and would buy another. That's like $10 - $12 a month... heck, lots of folks spend way more than that for coffee.

Just bought my son a laptop from Walmart for school and got the warranty after reading about it here. Plan to do the same with a compressor.

GX wrote me back: they don’t have or can provide an extended warranty. Just wanted to report so others that want one don’t make the same mistake as I did. Also… you most likely will get the compressor faster through Amazon! I’ve used mine about 7 times and I Love It!!! Thanks for the recommendation guys!
