Newbie here- info requested

Luckydawg,

It's not going to happen. One of the popular myths surrounding airguns is that they are less than lethal. Surf through the posts here, particularly the hunting section, and you will find that modern airguns are very lethal to animals, small and large. You say you don't want to kill, injure, or maim. The only way to guarantee that is to not shoot them in the first place. Search online and I'm sure you will find there are many other options available to keep pests away without injuring them. Shoot to kill is the only shooting method that exists. Anything else is not based in reality. I have seen several squirrel hunting videos where multiple BBs were found inside the animal, after it was shot with a pellet. Can you imagine how much suffering that animal endured, on probably more than one occasion, as it tried to recover from being shot with a BB gun? Take the high road, friend, and find another way. Thanks for coming onto the forum and asking for advice. It speaks well of your intentions.
