I like where this is going , more smackdown on those feathered varmints .
One thing I've noticed with slugs is far fewer fly-aways when I make a light hit. Some still fly but usually don't get far.

It's a ball python. We just feed him medium sized rats.
Yes, looking forward to critters! Woodchucks are scarce locally, but common on farms two hours away.
But one of my farms where they grow potatoes, the farmer said the fields are full of 13-lined ground squirrels. He said there are so many that seagulls even snatch them up!
He said I was welcome to shoot them this year. I hope he wasn't exaggerating as that will be a lot of fun!
