New Uragan 2 Slug Barrel Jam

New U2 .177 while zeroing and shooting to see what Pellet/Slug the Rifle likes, I experienced a Slug that must have jammed in the Barrel? Cocking Lever is locked up. I started with my goto JSB 10.34 then moved up to the Zan 20 then the NSA 15 which seemed to be shooting better than the others when the Jam occurred. I have U1 .177 that I have shot 1000's of pellets through drama free?

Is a rod the best fix for this issue? If so could someone link a rod compatible for .177 that I could use to tap it out? Any suggestions would be appreciatied.

Same issue with the same slug and gun. The NSA 15gr seem to be very snug in the U2 barrel, and a slightly larger one will cause the back pressure in the barrel to rise so high so fast that the balanced valve closes too fast. Result: slow shot or even stuck slug. I used a .177 cleaning rod from the muzzle and gentle tap tap tap. But my cocking lever wasn’t locked in place, did you double load? And in what position is the lever stuck?

Edit: pulling the barrel and trying to push the slug through might be the “better” way btw, I was too lazy to do that :)

I seem to recall tighter groups out of the box with my U1 compact shooting 10.34 avg. of 721. With my U2 out of the box it is shooting the 10.34 at 1024 (no avg. forgot to setup proper profile on FX Chrono) How is your U2 shooting and what pellet/slug works best out of yours? Thanks

20.5gr nsa are not only long but super hard slugs compared to other slugs due to the higher amount of antimony. I've had that issue as well if the gun is not shooting higher power. By higher power I mean 36-38fpe. With your 10.34gr shooting at 1024 those 20.5gr nsa are likely going about 750fps, while the 10gr VK going 1110fps out of my U2 .177 600mm, the 20gr were moving around 900fps. And those don't get stuck only because they are smaller and made of pure lead.
