Umarex New Umarex Notos - Missing Part

I just got a Umarex Notos and it is my first PCP airgun. After opening, I noticed that the degas screw on the plenum is missing (see pic). Pretty poor quality control if you ask me. Anyhow, not sure if should return or just take a quick trip to the hardware store for a set screw.

There was also some oil around the outside of the tank, maybe it came out of this hole or it is just shipping oil? I'm going to assume that this is normal.

Please let me know of anything else to be weary of when purchasing a new notos. Thanks - Nate

Its definitely missing a screw. It looks like theres a white plastic sealing washer in the bottom of the hole. Im not familiar with the notos. According to pyramid air , that looks like the degassing screw in the picture. The dealer should send you a new one, or the missing part at least
