New to the PCP air rifle.

Thanks to YouTube I found an old love again that I had as a child, squirrel hunting.

So I love lever actions I have the umarex legends lever action and wearing it out,so it was only natural when I found the Hatsan Vectis I knew I was sold. Again thanks to YouTube 3 days after I got it I found a video of a guy modding his Vectis,regulator from huma air,cut off the useless "moderator" got rid of the long picatinny rail and painted the stock.

Love the look, but I'm new to this and will be modding mine in same fashion. Looking for tips suggestions and directions to relevant topics here. I did order the regulator and an air chrony mk3 for testing.

Man, if you like to chop and paint your airguns, you are in the right place. I have the Vectis also and love the lever action. So far it is powerful, accurate and trouble free. I use mine for roaming the woods and sneeking up on squirrels. I have it outfitted with a nice red dot sight and zeroed at 20 yds.. One of Hatsans better guns.

Actually I'm more of a tinkering kind of guy,that being said I see the mods so I will enjoy the fun of making it MY Vectis.

Have a Hawke 3*9*40 basic scope from Amazon keyhole shooting at 25 yds and thumping HARD using RWS Super H points .25 cal 25 gr. October cant get here soon enough!!
