I grew up using the Benjamin Sheridan blue streak 20 cal and still have it. Fun to shoot, just takes to long to pump in-between. I don't want to be looking like pop-eye just to shoot a can of rounds.
I really enjoy the traditional wood stock guns, not much a fan of the modern shaped guns, but to each their own. I may eat those words the more I dive into this forum :)
At the moment just looking at guns for recreational shooting and see how our interest develops from there.

Will start with just one in the beginning and tickle their interests. Kids are funny that way, unless it's something electronic their eyes tend to wander.
My boys are 10 & 12. I was looking at the discovery, but that seems to have been discontinued so I started looking at the Marauder but not sure if that might be too big for them. I figured with a good stand or bipod they would be fine.

Check out the Crosman Craftsman series (Cayden, Akela for example) as they have 5 year warranties....that is, if you are looking at PCPs.
