I started on my slide into pcp darkness last fall with the completion of my air force Talon lookalike in caliber .45. I had been reading about pcp'so so after doing a lot of searching I hit on the AF coaxial design. The receiver was a Maglite, the barrel a section of .45 Caliber muzzle loader and the tank from a paintball rig. Machined my own valve, hammer etc. Oh, the trigger is a modified Mauser '93.
I liked the design of the Air Force Talon P so much I begged and groveled enough to buy one! Every time I shoot the Talon P I'm impressed with the power, accuracy and simplicity of its design. I have added a bullpup style stock, a Bug Buster compact scope and my design 33 grain bullet. I'd like to post some pics if anyone can tell me how to do it. I just picked up a gently used. 22 Maruder and am in the process of making a stock to replace the railroad tie that Benjamin put on it.
