Very nice airgun...Mine has been around the country also...from Florida to NY to Washington St to Tennessee now back to Florida...right down the coast in Ceder Key...I'm the 3rd (and going to be the last) owner. Three years I've been shooting this Vet with the same scope and rings JSB 18s and/or CP domes, it dosen't care...the gun is box stock (inside) although I did polish the bore when I first got it...pretty sure its a LW barrel if memory serves me correctly...it WORKS! Difficult to put into words just how satisified, more like "giddy" I have been with this Airgun. I have an impressive collection of GREAT air guns but I can't shoot any of them as well as this Veteran...and their accurate with good triggers too! Three groups shot months apart with CP domes @ 30yards sitting in my rocking chair (I'm retired). I'm most pleased just how well it shoots the domes. Your going to be "the guy to beat"...lol.
Russell, you convinced me to get my Coffee Taipan and I couldn't be happier. If Taipan made a mini-carbine I might be even happier (if that's possible) Haha.
