New To Competitive Airguns

Hi All, Brand new to the forum. I came to Airguns just last week as group I normally shoot NRA Bullseye (22 and 45) has been also doing airguns. It was a ton of fun when I tried and I will likely join those matches. They are all pretty much shooting Steyr EVO's and have a couple of Hammerli AP20's. This isn't a which is better question. I decided against buying an AP20 Pro because I have been shooting match rimfire for years and know that I will end up upgrading an entry level gun for one reason or another down the line.

I have looked at the Walther LP500 and the Steyr Evo10. My wild card LP50 because I just overall prefer a pistol with a Magazine (Bullseye, Steel Challenge and USPSA centerfire my warmer months fun). So after this long intro and knowing that any of these will outshoot me anyday is can I fully enjoy doing matches with the LP50 having a multi round mag or is it ok with the single round mag? Is there any overall reason I should avoid the LP50 (which to me has a greater fun factor with 5 rounds) if I would like to get serious with airgun matches as well? I don't see any other manufacturer making one. The compact looks even more fun overall, but thats another story. Thanks for any thoughts and all the info I've already read. PS, I can't find a single video of someone using teh single round mag with the LP50, I'm trying to figure if its kind of tedious at which point then I should just stick to a single shot.
