New Texan .510 CF - no power wheel adjustment?

do the new texan .50 cals lack a power adjustment, assuming it will all be heavy slugs?

mine looks smooth... and i cannot get it to budge at all. looks different from the pictures in the manual, and pictures i have been looking up.

i've left a message, and sent an email to air force as well

please disregard my dumbass needs to read the manual better.... NEED TO OPEN THE LEVER TO ADJUST
