New system makes it hard or is it just me?

I'm looking at selling about 7 airguns or more with pellets and scopes if desired. 
Every time I try to do a add it says non English characters aren't permitted?

No &'s, I get but I don't know what else isn't allowed or why.

I'm not trying to sell this in General Discussion but please tell me what is wrong with it?

I'm leaving out the $ sign and &'s, WT heck? It works here in posts.

The site as a whole has some problems at this time I am getting the same errors on many of my posts as are others. Some of the posts with errors will actually post others will not. So hit the submit button then go to the forums and check to see if it posted.

I hope they get it fixed soon.

Okay I just wanted Mods to know as I don't want to break rules but I'm offering some great deals, just can't post. 
Maybe I'll try from the desktop instead of my phone.

I got that non English character MSG too a few times, every time deleting a smiley made it go away.

My Danish keyboard do have 3 additional letters unique to Danish, but of course i am not using those in a post here.
