New Scope Experience

Now using an Elements Titan and for the first time I am using reticle settings for different yardage. Never had a scope that went above 12X but am finding out that I use 20X most of the time. Was always and over or under type guy. I did get the adjustable mounts and remember a video I saw from 'Ted's - - -, and adjusted elevation with the mounts, not the reticle, at my chose zero range. The scope probably was capable of doing it the regular old way but this has given miles of elevation i might never use. Very tight turrets and are said to be stainless steel innards rather than plastic or even brass like some of my first scopes. I've just started playing with it from 40-80, and back forth, and they are spot on. I'm into PCP and have been for quite awhile and had never tried adjusting the turrets to correspond with range. If you haven't done that yet it might be the next something to try.

Now if i could just find a similar quality scope the size of a Bugbuster I'd be spending more money. All the midrange priced scopes have been almost as long and as heavy as the Titan. That's important for one who is stuck on bullpups.
