New PCP Owner

Ordered my first PCP (Benjamin Marauder 22) and was excited to try shooting it over the weekend but it showed up with a busted stock right at the pistol grip. Now I get to hurry up and wait on a new stock.

Looking around on here I see this rabbit hole is gonna be DEEP!

Congrats on your purchase. Great choice for a first PCP. I love mine and I am sure you will love yours too. I have only had mine a couple of weeks and I already have severe PCP rifle envy from seeing what all the others have on this forum. But I still love my synrod

Waiting on your first PCP is very painful! I preordered one in peak Covid19 slow down, and in the nearly a year it took to arrive I bought two other rifles and a pistol! So my "first" PCP ended up my 4th

Especially for $199 refurbs the Avenger at PA.

That tells you how reliable the Avengers are.

I had an Avenger I bought for $200 new in box replacement from a very disgruntled former Avenger 2x warranty swaped owner that wouldn't shoot straight and didnt want to pay to fix that. Atleast I traded it off before it leaked.

Hopefully you got one of the good ones that might last atleast alittle while.

Atleast the Benjamin has 5 year warranty and proven reliable.

Hello all. Congrats on the purchase. I bought my first pcp last may. Benjamin Armada .22. While I have done a lot of work to it, I like it very much and have been performing respectfully in some competitions. My original investment of $700 has gone over $2000 at this point. Good luck, they are good shooting, easy to work on and custom parts galore.

I bought a NEW Benjamin Fortitude last month and it leaked immediately. I took it back 2 days later. I was not interested in trying another since I read online someone else had the same problem, so it's plausible the whole latest batch is bad.

Benjamin QC has gone downhill.

Finally received my replacement rifle on Friday and promptly mounted a scope to sight in. Sighted in with Crossman Premier 14.3gr hollow points and the best 5 shot group I could achieve at 35yds was 1.5". Gonna have to test different 22 cal pellets.
