APPLES TO ORANGES HERE...
Honestly for the price of the M2R Ultra-Compact X I think you could get a much better gun. Unless you are looking at closeouts of the pre-X models which I see minimal differences, I would get a Wildcat III instead of the M2R. FX Wildcat III Compact is 26.75" long. The M2R "compact" is only 36" long - that is not compact.
The Leshiy is a great little gun. Easy to change barrels and calibers, powerful if you want to turn it up a bit, accurate once you get the hang of it - can be twitchy on higher power only weighs 4lbs. But if you want something you can shoot .177 down to 12 fpe and .30 up to around 70 fpe, isn't as complicated as the Impact to tune, is hand pumpable. Overall just a really solid fun gun to own. I shoot out to 40 yards and very accurate when I do my part. But - definitely not a bench rest kinda gun.
