130 yards Mike....Im working on the 140..Moly resin is super tuff and it actually bonds to the metal. Cerakote is more of a paint.

OK, cool, thanks for the info... I'm sure we'll get out to 140 someday soon when all the young GS come out for the Springtime. Question is, will it be the .30 Bobcat or the .25 Pulsar? I missed one a couple weeks ago by less than an inch at 136 yards with the .22 Renegade. Had to change the mag to 10X from 15X just to fit in it the reticle for enough holdover. Hit the dirt right at its feet... Windage was perfect...

Nice job Derek. I thought sure I told him 130. Can't trust old brains some days. Anyway I may want to get in on the 140 yard test. Gimmee a week or two to get used to the new gun.

Ha! Or just shoot two at 70? The squirrel head looks mighty small at 140 yards... My longest so far is only 112, so I've got a way to go. On a calm day with no wind, its doable. On a windy day its just dumb luck, I don't care who you are.

friend of mine who does this on the side did it for me. The metal has to be cleaned and stripped then air brushed and baked on.
