New memeber intro

Just to clarify, I did not inherit these, I bought about half his collection. Truth is I had no idea what I was buying except I could tell these were nice airguns.
Oh thank you sorry for the misunderstanding. Yes they are nice for sure this is the right place to learn more about them. If you need new springs this is a good place to go. http://vortekproducts.com/ourstore/ and if you want some nice bits for the AA or HW guns you can find some here https://www.rowanengineering.com hope that helps.

Welcome to AGN. Sorry for your loss. Getting old is not for sissies. Wonderful purchases, a great way to remember a friend. I suggest start shooting the standard springers in your collection first. The FWB 124 or TX 200 are perfect for getting to know your new weapons. All you need is a few soup cans and some pellets to get started. Perfect for the back yard.

The Whiscombe JW80 is a very rare and special rifle. I would keep that tucked away until you have had a chance to do a lot of research. They are now unicorns because Mr. Whiscombe has passed on. They are complicated to operate compared to other rifles. There are a few members on this forum that also own Whiscombe rifles and I am sure they will be able to provide you with a lot of information and resources for your unicorn.

Enjoy your new rifles and welcome to this awesome sport and forums.
