Hey everybody, new member here. I just wanted to say hi. I just go in to air guns to get rid of so ground hogs and now i am hooked. I now have a Gamo Swarm Maxim .22 and a Benjamin Marauder .25. I will be modifying/upgrading the Marauder with all of the Hill products. I have a bad habit of fixing things till they are perfect and then broken lol.

Welcome aboard. I have a Marauder in .22, and did the Hill upgrades. Before you get too deep, decide what you want the gun to do. You can tune a Marauder for more shots at lower power, fewer shots at higher power, accuracy or everything in between. I did the accuracy / slightly lower power / more shots per fill. About 870 fps with the JSB 15 grain pellets. Now getting 50 shots per fill. Great combination for me.
Marauder is a great platform. Great for shooting as it's accurate and has a good trigger, and great learning platform. Have fun with the hobby!

Welcome to a great forum. Lots of knowledgeable people who are willing to help and advise here. I started out with a .25 marauder too. I had a chipmunk infestation and the marauder took care of it. Good shooting!

I was so damn excited about that swarm maxxim. Ended up giving it to my kid. Couldnt get accuracy out of it past 25yd!
