I'm new to airguns, although I've owned many different kinds and still own a few. I have a Beeman GS950 .177 and a Benjamin Sheridan C9 .20. I've been laid up for a couple of weeks and I've been watching outdoor tv and air rifle videos non-stop. I dusted off the GS950 and purchased a UTG 3x9-40mmAO True Hunter scope. So far, it seems great. I then dusted off the C9, tore off the Bushnell 4X 20mm $15 scope and replaced it with a $15 chinese reflex sight that I had laying around.I've been shooting both in my living room @ 10 yards. I just purchased an Umarex Gauntlet and should be getting it this week. I went ahead and purchased the UTG 4x16-44mm AO for the Gauntlet and a one piece mount. Any thoughts on these 3 setups?
