New LR .257 project gun

Finally finished my new LR rig - texan in .257 with maddog RJ9A stock. The gun is pretty heavy, so with the muzzle brake there's hardly any recoil - very easy to spot your hits & misses. Shooting exclusively NSA ammo - probably the 65 and 70grain as they seem to be the most accurate ones. More testing coming and some footage to youtube in the near future! :)

One of the test groups with NSA 70gr slugs.

Thanks Tomiboy. I think it's around 17lbs with all the accessories attached. The stock is around $500. Not cheap, but it sure helps with the accuracy and makes the gun more stable and consistent to shoot from bench or prone position. There was only one issue - I originally had harris bipod, but the gun is so huge and heavy with the stock so I needed something with lot more wider stance to keep it rock steady.
