NEW KLS-IL From K&L + Memorial Day Pricing

Now you guys post. Where where you when multiple people were posting about paying for products from you and never received said products or even returned emails. I was one of those people also.
Any sign they‘ve turned it around? They do make great products but my experience w them was not good in customer service dept

Everyone receives their orders. Sometimes there are delays because everything is small batch. The threads I've seen are all people who got their stuff a long time ago but didn't care to update or delete their thread that is out of date.
Admittedly sometimes things take a little longer than I'd like, but would you rather we spending time on the forums or working on orders?
 
FYI, if they are expecting people to pay in full, then wait 8-10 months w ZERO communication, then that should be stated on the website. (From personal experience)
That's fair enough.
Sometimes things do slip through our email, but everyone gets their order. AND I'm not suggesting that we couldn't be more communicative.
With that said, this is all slightly off topic for this thread.

That is where distribution comes in. Hit up your favorite K&L distributor. I and many others stock their products at TopGun-Airguns.com

I never received my order, I am still waiting. I also never got my emails answered regarding my order.

This is ridiculous.. Not sure who you are or what your order number is. Again, this thread isn't the time or the place to bring this stuff up.
I see no recent emails or dm's. So how exactly would you like me to address your issue?

In a way you are correct but on the other hand in my opinion you have earned what has turned out in this thread 👍

We aren't amazon quick. We don't outsource to China like others in the industry, ordering thousands of parts pennies on the dollar.
Again, communication could be better from our end on lead-times, and I understand.

If anyone has any issues, please email.
Currently none of this, especially @drumie, is especially productive.
Nothing can be addressed if I don't have details.
 
On August 20, 2024 I sent you this email
I place a order, number 4411, on 7/3/24. After a few emails I finally got a tracking number back on 7/24/24. The package still has not been shipped. I have emailed a couple times and not had a response. I am very upset with the way a returning customer has been treated here. This is very disappointing since you make a top notch product. Please make sure my order is shipped out by tomorrow or else please credit my credit card for this purchase. I don't want to take this issue over to Airgun Nation if we can take care of it here.

I am not one to talk bad about a company but many emails were not answered from me so this is the 1st time I had a chance to get someone to respond. Funny how I get a tracking number but it never got shipped out.

I found some unread emails, from you. Apologies for not responding to them. Furthermore, from my end I'm seeing a fulfilled order with tracking.
So when we look at our backlog it appears you are taken care of.

I did a little digging in our shipping area and found your shipping label under some other papers.
Not sure how it ended up there, won't make up any excuses for that.

Thank you for making it right. I did get the tracking number. Like I said before, you make great products. Just need to address your customer service. If it only happens to one person, that is one thing. But there was a thread on here in the fall where several people had the same issues. I hope you have gotten the issues solved and keep making great products.
