New Huma Regulator Issues

I'm going to swing by my local hardware store after work and see if they have a variety pack, if not I'll have to order some online. In addition to this thread, I reached out to HUMA via email and communicating with them at the moment. I'll report back any information I receive. Thanks again @centercut for the help.

I do want to point out that I have been in contact with Huub at Huma-Air via email and have been getting stellar support, I explained my issue he gave me some in depth knowledge on how his regulators worked and he even offered to make a custom plenum reservoir for me and have it shipped by Friday. Right now I’m going to do some of my own testing with the oring and go from there. I know this is an issue but I’m having a blast learning about it.

Try contacting the manufacturer or vendor. Support was good but I didn't have time to take care of it. I just have it sitting in one of mt drawers.

I lapped the face of the valve cap housing. Also got medieval on the black screw on spring cover. Put it on my drill press and filed the diameter down. Totally clears the o-ring. Last night I filled it to just over 100BAR then put it water to test...no bubbles. This morning had no leaks that I could tell as pressure was the same. If any Hatsan owners have an issue, lap the cap; the machining is less than desirable.

Thanks Duncan, this fixed my problem on a Flashpup S. The only difference was the spring cover was plastic, I just had to sand the diameter down until it didn't interfere with the Huma's o-ring.
