New here!

Hello, im new here and hope to learn from this community.

I've been looking around, and kind of decided what I want, just confusing at times.

I'm looking for something in the 0.25 or 0.30 range that is semi. I'll be getting a Nomad to fill it on site.

I like the FX impact compact from the reviews, but it is not semi auto.

I'd like to have fun shooting bottles and cans in the desert, but at a faster pace.

Also there's a lot of hare, coyotes, and pigeons on my parents property.

Anything of similar quality and budget?

Thanks

I have no experience with scopes over about $400-I suggest you do some reading in the optics section here, or just ask the guys at AOA to recommend something suitable.
You don't have to spend a fortune to get a decent scope, do spend some time reading up on the models that catch your interest. Member O'doyle is notorious for recommending deals, so watch for his posts.
Make sure you explain what kind of shooting you plan on doing, as there are a lot of options out there. Just an example- a scope with very thin crosshairs might be great for precision target shooting in good light, but next to worthless hunting in low light because you can't see the crosshairs.

I've got a lcs 19 in 25 cal. It's totally fun to shoot and pretty accurate for an semi/auto. It's not what I would use for competition but if you want to have fun where ever you're shooting it's a good choice. So far no issues with but JohnL57 pointed out it's a fixed 19 shot mag. But it's worth it. Joe Brancato has it in stock in Huntington Beach CA if you're in S CA.
