New Hatsan Invader Auto .25

Hello all. I just received a Hatsan Invader Auto in .25 cal and it will not take an air charge. I have tried 2 different compressors to no avail. With the wisdom of Amazon's return policy it is currently a 639.00 paper weight. I am thinking maybe trying a different cylinder but not sure I want the extra expensive and still have a non functioning weapon.

A bit more info would help others diagnosis your issue. What happens when you connect the source? Air just free flowing and not building pressure? Compressor builds pressure, but gun stays at zero?Hissing sounds? Could be a number of different things based on symptoms. It's like going to the doctor saying "I don't feel good".

The Cylinder is detachable maybe leaks or put oil

I removed cylinder and it will not build any pressure. I have charged other tanks and air rifles so I know the compressor works. I don't hear any leaks but after 10 minutes it still is zero pressure.

So I connected it to a friend's 90cu tank and without the noise of a compressor we heard a leak. It appears the valve doesn't seal. Any remedies or do I just order a replacement cylinder?

give it a blast of 3000psi from a tank and see if it takes it.........
return it since you hear a leak !

We tried to fill slow and flash fill several times. Cylinder on and cylinder off.
Since it's non returnable Amazon did credit me my money back. Now the price is $120.00 higher, so my question to the forum is:
Do I buy another and have a parts gun, buy a cylinder only or steer clear of Hatsan?
I have discovered customer service at Hatsan to be a mute point. As reaching out to them has been of 0% assistance so far thru all methods I have found.

Appears? to be the same valve my Galatian has and when mine started to leak, the bad oring was the very small one on the valve shaft. Bit of a pain to get to but now replaced and no issues since. It's also the only problem I've had with the rifle in almost 6 years owning it.

Dry fire it a couple times and then hit it with the air tank. Good chance you need the poppet valve to seal.
