NEW HATSAN 135 BREAK BARREL SHOOTING WAY TO THE RIGHT?

Hello, I have a question. I just purchased a new Hatsan 135 break barrel in .30 cal.

I was shooting it for the first time at 30 yards yesterday. I was shooting the EXACT .30 DIABOLO 50.15 GRAIN PELLETS.

I was shooting with no scope just sights on the rifle. I was sitting using shooting stix.

The pellets were hitting about 6 to 8 inches the the right of bullseye?

I started to adjust my windage and only until I was max adjusted to the left I was hitting dead center.

I was getting very good consistent groups. I shoot about 50 times.

The red front sight insert fell out but I found it. I actually might not put it back in. I could see the target center better.

I like the rifle and would like to keep it if this is correctable.

What is the possible cause? Can I fix it?

I have found H&N .30 shoot the best in mine. Next best are JSB Exact .30 Pellets 44.75gr. The heavier one a not as good as these. Your gun will settle in and shoot better, 200 shot or so. I was thinking. Loosen the shroud theres a set screw under it. Move it the tiniest bit to adjust the front sight and tighten it back up.

The 130QE and 135 are beasts. So much fun to shoot.

Aim small shoot small👍

Hi, I would like to give you my opinion. I would get a RA number from where you bot it from and send it back. I repair/tune Hatsan's and there could be more wrong with it then just a bent barrel? I bought a Hatsan 130s from Pyramyd air and the first thing I did was a test to make sure the barrel was good. Then I did the breech seal test with the 50.15 gr pellets. The kleenex blew up into a million pieces. When I looked at the breech seal in more detail it was not sticking out at all on the top but it was sticking out on the bottom. The breech was not cut right ! Got ahold of PA and got a RA number. They were great to deal with and I had a new 130s at my door in a few days. The problem with hatsan is QC ! Take the time to also check the scope mount on the compression tube. I got one that had the scope mount rail bent ? I would also chrony it if possible to make sure the piston seal is good, it should be 550 FPS with the 44.75 gr pellets. If that number is low could be a bad piston seal or the gas ram could have a slow leak? I have repaired several of these hatsan's rams. If you have any questions please get back to me and I will do my best to help a fellow air gunner out.

I looked at my front sight from the breach end while it was unloaded and not cocked.

The front sight post is not vertical. So it must be the shroud has to be turned.

These pictures show what I have and where I am at.

Is there suppose to be a 14mm nut press fit into pocket of the bottom of the shroud below baffles ? Mine does not have one to loosen.

Also there is a small hole on the bottom of shroud when rifle is upside down.

Should their be a set screw ? What is this hole for ?
