Yes pellets are very different in their desire for velocity. The newer long range slugs have round noses and do prefer a slower speed though

I know crazy right. I’m getting 100fpe in .25 at 150 bar and I can go A LOT higher. That is giving me 50+ shots at that power too!
RTI is claiming up to 305 Joules * 0.737562149 FPE/Joule ≈ 225.0 FPE

Thus, 305 Joules is approximately equivalent to 225.0 Foot-Pounds of Energy.
