@hawkeye69, just a question. If you have heard and have all the doubts why even consider the Impact if you have no faith in the company? If I felt as you do I wouldn't even look at FX and find another rifle; just saying...

Like most people you always like to think that you'll have good luck and they'll be no issues. But after consideration, I did not buy for the reasons I stated.

FX must have listened since they changed their warranty and hope your happy with the rifle(s) you've purchased since your original post...

Just to add, I own 3 FX rifles and all of them have been totally trouble free. I have owned all of them since before I made the original post in 2018 about buying an Impact, so it has been years of trouble free service.

Some of us own multiple FX rifles, including Impacts, purchased in the last two years and they have all been trouble free as well.
