Majority of those schematics were originally uploaded as low-definition barely viewable files. The topics can be rebuilt with high-definition files and pre-defined easily sortable prefixes.

Majority of those schematics were originally uploaded as low-definition barely viewable files. The topics can be rebuilt with high-definition files and pre-defined easily sortable prefixes.
The other forum i am on handle the " many brands / many models" problem with just providing direct access to the brands that are the most popular from the main page.
This mean there are only direct access to 12 brands, and the rest are to be found in a "other brand" sub forum where you then have 30 - 40 less popular brands.
And that is dasshcams where you have like several 1000 brands to choose from, but in reality only a few you should ever consider if quality and support are on your wish list.
This leave a front page you dont have to scroll much on ( 1080p screen ), and direct access to the brands that are moving
Of course having been there for 10 years might have made me a bit biassed.
