Taking her to the woods tomorrow pm. 24" barrel. 298 fpe with 156 grain hp 927 fps at 4400 psi fill. Was looking for a backup to my 357 Slayer and settled on this one . The new Extreme folks in TX are amazing
why not go for a cheaper gun that makes more power with less air? i do like the look tho
airfore texan 45 and 50 put out the more power at 3600psi can be found for less.. but its not for everyone i guess. i just dont see why people want 4000 or 4500psi guns.. thats just me
Thanks for the input. The looks are not my favorite but maybe with the aftermarket stock it might be more appealing. We have been using 4500 psi tanks in paintball for a long time, so for me it is no biggie! I also have a RAW .357 on order and have been having not the best customer service from them and I believe they are the same company. I purchased an already built rifle from them while I was waiting for my build to be done, they took my extra money for second day delivery and sent me a rifle that leaked badly Upon delivery. I mailed it back immediately and have had the hardest time getting an answer to when I will get it back and what was wrong. That was more than 30 days ago. Based on that experience not sure how deep I want to get with their products. I ordered direct from their site, that might have been my mistake. Does anyone know a good dealer for the Air Force rifles?

I have owned 3 Airforce including a Texan. I have also owned 3 Extremes. I prefer a shorter gun and a more comfortable stock. Maddogs are great on the Airforce but add $$$. The Extremes can be tuned down with spring changes and much less fill pressure but of course at an energy loss. Its all about personal preferences.
Thanks for reply, I had my first Extreme made with the shortest barrel available, I too like a shorter lighter gun. The Air Force guns remind me of paintball markers. Like I mentioned above maybe with the aftermarket stock it would be more of what I like.
