New Evanix Bullpup PCP Revealed.

Evanix has a new semi-auto PCP air rifle on the way. We don't know the name yet, but some basic specs and - most importantly - CAD renditions of the new design are shown in a scoop at Hard Air Magazine. Lots to comment on here, I think...

If I could remember how to post a picture here I would. Michael, please send me instructions. Thank you :)

I hope everyone has a most enjoyable Thanksgiving!

It says it's blowback operated which would mean it's actually a new gun instead of another Max in a new dress.

I wouldn't mind a non-electric 25 cal semi auto if it's efficient and quiet. That was some of the problems with their other electric semi auto guns. Very loud and inefficient. Their 25 cal tube guns only got 20 shots per fill which takes a lot of the fun out of the semi-auto thing. If it is a whole new action then maybe they have fixed those things and brought it up to date with the competition.

Hi Stephen Great article! In order to post pictures you need to use a hosting site like Photobucket or Imgur. Take a look at the last video in this instructional series. http://www.airgunnation.com/topic/video-tutorials-how-to-make-the-forum-work-for-you-2/?view=all

A pic on another forum shows a bottle version too. It sounds promising.

If they use a decent barrel, machine everything well, regulate it and make it efficient and backyard friendly in 177 through to 25 caliber, I could definitely get interested in buying one.

The design kinda looks like the Colibri (although more tactical).

It is starting to make sense why Evanix seemed to be slowly disappearing from the American market. The major stores seemed to be carrying fewer models and not restocking when they sold out. They obviously knew that Evanix had some new models in the works and it was not a good time to start stocking up on the Max or tactical sniper.

I hope they price it at a sensible level this time. If they price it like the top Daystate models like with some of their other semi-auto guns then I'll lose interest fast. Evanix is not at $2000 brand but at $1000 it's interesting.
