I have read that the long is quite a bit quieter then the short, is this true ? The short in the video does not seem to bad, but then again it’s hard to tell on video. I like the looks of the short but need quite, and I think I would like the extra fpe.

I’m sure the long version is quieter just based on physics; however, to me the standard is as quiet as my Dreamline with the DonnyFL though I don’t have a sound meter to measure. I would watch that video of mine to compare because I used the same iPhone to record the video. I think the reason why people say it maybe loud is because the hammer smacks the valve right next to your ear giving you the illusion that it may be loud. IMO it’s very quiet.
