New Design CNC Machined, Billet Trigger Guard for the Marauder

As some of you know I have been working on this for a while now, I wanted to get it perfected fit and finish wise and now have done so.

To start with these are a 2 piece, CNC Machined, 6061 Billet Aluminum Guard .

There are some very slight " Radius " changes versus the stock , plastic guard, this is for looks as well as function ,

If you look closely at the underside you will see what a design nightmare this was, the trigger box area proved to be quite the challenge, I also kept the rear " flip tail radius " that the stock guard has, this makes for a very clean , finished look... Unlike the " other " aftermarket trigger guard that is being offered.

They will come fully assembled and ready to install , no need to fiddle with the assembly and Loctite 

They use the stock mounting screws and as stated a simple " drop in " replacment

They fit both the Gen 2 and Field and Target guns for sure, not sure on the Gen 1, did not have one to verify....

I do need some feedback as far as what to do on color, I personally really like the Billet Finish, it looks good on both the wood and synthetic stocks.

Please let me know if you agree on the Raw, Polished Finish or if I need to send some out for Black anodizing..

I like both the polished & raw finish. But I changed both of my marauders to bull pups so it won't work . That would of set off my vit stock with my silver BKL rings though . Have you thought about doing the barrel band for a matching set ? That's very nice work ! Darell

I'm not going to be much help as far as finish goes. I like both polished and RAW versions. But I might like a black color also. I guess for the first run you make a few of each and see what sells. Then you know for the second run. I would even venture to guess different colors may sell for that extra personalization.

How anout coming up with a two piece tactical pumpkin style knob for the bolt head, like they have for Remington bolts? Wish someone made something like that.

Hi Guys and Gals,

Unfortunately these did not go into production.

There are a couple of reasons why.

1) Limited interest in a Quality Machined , well thought out part.. as usual most want a High Price part for nothing....which leads to number 2

2) Price Point.. Most, not all of the people that showed interest balked at the Retail Price....( To those that understood what the part was and did not compare it to the crap that is out there, i apologize ) 

The bottom line, it is what it is, I tried to bring a Quality , Hight End part into the air gun world ( which could have lead to many others ) and it just did not work out... Like I have been doing since 1984 in the Large Scale RC Car World... take a look here www.inertiaracingproducts.com
