CA proposal to limit the killing of coyotes put on hold amid rancher protests
The wild canine predators can be killed at any time of year and in any number. Animal rights groups are backing a proposal to change that.

Good to know that opposition to the proposal seems to be holding up so far.
This pack of yotes have no fear attacking a large dog on a driveway in residential neighborhood.
I doubt it if would be lawful to kill any of these yotes by any means in that area. Unless you are willing to break the law, you just have to watch your dog getting attacked, injured or killed!
