New compressor thoughts

In my several years looking into PCP compressors out there I have come to the conclusion that the only compressor worth buying for under $2000 is the Yong Heng and it's only $300. Having had two in the past near four years I would have to say that they are a very good investment.

Still to fill larger tanks where the compressor must be run for longer than 20 - 30 minutes you need to do it in steps unless you can keep the whole compressor cool enough to run it longer.

Else you will need to go to an expensive Alkin, Bauer, or there is another but I forget it's name. They are in the $2500 to $3500 range.

I think maybe Coltri

IMO, Coltri compressors are at the lower end of the upper tier of compressors in terms of cost. They do seem to have a long and solid history in the dive community so where they would rank in that upper tier of compressors in terms of reliability and value is another question. I have a gasoline powered MCH6 and it works flawlessly. But so does my 3+ year old Yong Heng.
