That's such a cool looking gun! I have the Brocock Bantam HiLite at the advise of many on the board and absolutely love it. It was an upgrade from a Hatsan and I've since upgraded to a Crown but my boys and I shoot all three guns almost every day. I would love to hear some detailed info on your gun's capabilities when you get the time. Shot strings, velocities, standard deviation, etc... I was told a while back that while Huma was working with Brocock to manufacture the regulator, they decided to manufacture an aftermarket Huma regulator for the original Brocock Bantam Hi Lite. I called Huma about 3 months ago and they told me it would be available in about two months. I called last month and they told me it would be a little while longer. So, I'm still waiting. It's such an inexpensive upgrade that I'm going to do it but I would love to hear from you though, just to get some idea of the increase in the amount of shots and the standard deviation in that shot string. My gun is surprisingly a very good shooter for not having a regulator. I know it's the slingshot hammer but the addition of the regulator has got to make your new gun just flat out awesome! I can't wait to hear what you have to say. Thanks and enjoy the gun, it's a beauty! Stoti

Ok, I did shoot gun over Chrony using JSB 18.1's and Power was 825 FPS, trigger pull was dam near 3 pounds, the enclosed test sheet from AoA indicated 875 fps so I dont know what's up with that ? I removed action from stock, found main trigger pull weight adjustment screw and was able to reduce pull down to 1 pound reliably, anything less than that the gun would not cock. I could change out some springs in trigger group but I am ok with one pound with no creep, breaks clean. The gun with factory moderator has a pretty good pop and the DonnyFL Tatsu really quieted gun down substantially. Next I took note of the Regulator setting, was 140 bar from the factory, there is a access hole on bottom of stock to brass screw that lets you adjust the Huma regulator. There is also a hammer tension adjuster at rear of action with a screwdriver slot, I turned in one full turn and power came right up to 870 fps with same 18.1 JSB pellet. I noticed that the adjuster was almost at forward limit before running out of threads so at work today I will make some spacers out of Delrin on the lathe to give me more adjustment if needed..I was able to shoot a quick group and was getting too many flyers so I cleaned barrel and boy was it filthy ! At this point I ran out of daylight, so tonight I will set power where gun shoots best and check accuracy again and do a shot string. I'll try to do this later today. I noticed bolt is a little stiff and hopefully will break in after a few tins of pellets go through gun. Any questions feel free to ask, I have a Crown .25, Regal and a Rapid MFR as well and this gun is a little different.

Does anyone know if the top two piece pic rail sections are available as an accessory for older Bantams? Looks like it just bolts on the dovetail below it. Older Bantams have a dovetail rail that just bolts to the dovetail below it. Would be a useful upgrade if reasonable.

Mike, not sure if this will work on the Bantam, but I use one on my LGV & like it a lot. They may even have a shorter one for the rear, not sure. Or can be used by itself if the scope reached? Cheap option.
