New airgun & mils.

Does this seem about right? Assume that my .22 cal airgun is shooting a 14.66 gr pellet at 680 fps. I have sighted the SFP scoped rifle for a POI at 25 yards for a far zero. I will also have a near zero at about 13.5 yards. The cross hairs should be spot on for BOTH ranges with no adjustment. Also if my pellet impact is one mil apart on the scope at 25 yards this is equal to .9”. I am going with 3.6” for a mil at 100 yards.

With my hunting rifles I have never thought of or really cared about a near zero before. My new HW95L is still delayed because of the C-19 so I am doing a lot of arm chair shooting and any help/suggestions will be appreciated.

Thanks

Here's what I do. I never use any kind of ballistic program bs and just put targets out from 10 yards to 135 yards in 5-10 yard increments and sometimes 140 145 150 155 160 165 170 175 and so on to 200 yards. I shoot 2x10 shot groups each target off of a very stable Caldwell lead sled rest with lots weight in the bags and sometimes a gun vise at all targets and note the holdover draw a picture if you have to or click and take notes only if it's a reliable JAPAN SCOPE click away. Otherwise only use holdover. Notes!!! and your reticle drawing with yards as reference points works!!!
