New air bottle what to do ??

Just received my new air venture air bottle but the valve it came was loose! How tight is it supposed to be ? and do I put anything on the threads When tightening it ?

The valve only needs be hand tight and it does not need anything on the threads. It will tighten up when it is filled.

I have the acecare Cf tank. It came with valve not on the tank. I just hand tight it. No leaks. Dont need a wrench to tighten it.
