NEW AEON 10-50X60 ED SCOPE

I bought a 10-50x60 Aeon for my father's RAW TM1000 and so far his only complaint has been that it makes his already tall gun even more top heavy for his tastes. No complaints about optical clarity or tracking consistency. He has had it for a couple months and shoots it regularly.

I can see where you would not be able to use the magnification for hunting purposes and it being a waste which is definitely a shame.

It is good to hear someone has had some luck with this scope, I was quite surprised by the issues I had considering how well I liked my other Aeon the 10-40.

I know this is an old thread, but I’m hoping for some up to date information...is there an under $300 side focus 10-40 scope WITH a trajectory reticle that’s any good? I just got an Aeon 6-24 and it’s going back! Clarity is awful but features are great. The trajectory reticle makes sense to me for an airgun in predominantly windy areas and I need a minimum of 24X. I hear Tec Vector has a nice 10-40 under $200 scope but it doesn’t have the trajectory reticle. Still looking. Any help will be appreciated.

I have an old first gen 6-24. I haven't used it much, but I am going to give it a try for HFT. I find the clarity to be good. I have finally found a side wheel for it so I can range with it. I was going to use it on my tx200, but now see that it is not springer rated. My TX is going to get the Tony Leach 22mm treatment and the recoil on those is minuscule, so I may give it a try on that anyway.
