Neil Clague LDC Pics & Acid Test!

Firstly I received my ldc not by purchase but rather from Neil's generous memorial day vet give away, so thanks again Neil!

I dont have to say much about it (the pictures say more then i ever could) other then what I consider to be the best way to test a silencers effectiveness.
First I shot the gun with the stock shroud (which has 8" of baffles installed) and Neils ldc attached on the end of that. listened to the report, then shot the gun with just Neils ldc attached directly to the barrel. THERE WAS NO DIFFERENCE IN SOUND!!!
So basically what I'm saying is the Neil Clague ldc has effectively removed all sound from the barrel blast. All that I hear is the hammer hitting the valve and target!
My old ldc had a very noticeable difference when I performed this test.

PS Momorial day was Monday its now Friday and I'm reviewing this!

First, thank you for your service. Second, that LDC is looks GOOD! Can you tell me/us the dimensions of it?? I also shoot an R-10 and if it works as well as you say I'd love to be able to order one just like it. Do you happen to have any pictures of it on the barrel directly? I don't use my factory shroud and would love to see it on the barrel.

Thanks

Craig

Yeah Neil I want you to replace it for a 8" one lol. Might be 8" I just put a ruler to it while it was installed.

But Neil one thing you need to do is start a product brand, Neil Clague air striper just doesn't roll off the tung. I am thinking cuz you're from England maybe something like bulldog silencers and shrouds. With like a logo of a bulldog waring a Hannibal type muzzle. Maybe different dogs for different sizes. Mastiff, frenchy and pit bull. Just a thought.
Thanks again Neil, you deserve a the praise I have read on your work.

Earlier this year I purchased an over the shroud LDC for my .25 Marauder and am very happy with it. Backyard friendly in a Hell-a (Los Angeles) suburb. It is a quality piece and went on without a hitch. POI changed minimally. If I get another airgun it will get a Clague on it. Highly recommended.

It is quieter than my Benjamin 342 with a Mac 1 Gen 2 brake, although that one is pretty much backyard friendly as well.
